DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF A WEB SYSTEM THAT WILL PREDICT THE ELIGIBILITY OF AN APPLICANT TO DO JOB
Abstract:
This study presents the design and implementation of a predictive web system aimed at evaluating job applicants’ eligibility based on relevant criteria. In response to the increasing need for efficient and objective hiring processes, the research focuses on leveraging data-driven methods to enhance decision-making in the recruitment domain. The web system integrates predictive modeling algorithms, user-friendly interfaces, and a comprehensive database to assess and forecast an applicant’s suitability for a specific job role.
The research employs a combination of machine learning techniques and web development methodologies to create a robust and user-friendly system. The predictive model considers various factors such as educational qualifications, work experience, skills, and relevant competencies to generate a comprehensive eligibility score for each applicant. The system aims to streamline the recruitment process, providing employers with valuable insights for making informed decisions and optimizing resource allocation.
Through usability testing and evaluation, this research assesses the accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction of the implemented web system. The findings are expected to contribute to the ongoing discourse on leveraging technology for more effective and unbiased hiring processes. Ultimately, the developed web system offers a potential solution to enhance the efficiency and objectivity of job applicant assessments, thereby facilitating a more streamlined and data-driven approach to recruitment.
